Bagdogra (IXB) Airport to Silguri

As You Begin with your Majestic Journey, you will first arrive at Bagdogra Airport where you will encounter the astounding allurement of the heavenly land of Sikkim. To guide your excitement, our representative will be waiting for your welcome at the airport who will further govern your transfer to Siliguri (20 Kms / 0.5 Hrs). on arrival at Siliguri, check-in to the Hotel & overnight stay.

Silguri – Gangtok

Morning after breakfast, check-out the hotel & drive towards enchanting Gangtok which is 1437 m above sea level (120 Kms / 4.5 Hrs). on arrival you can visit Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, Enchey Monastery, Institute of Tibetology, Lingdum Monastery, Tashi view point. Gangtok - Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir - Excursion

This morning start for Tsomgo Lake (12400ft), Which is only 40 kms from Gangtok city, The lake is almost about 1 km long and 15 mtrs deep. The lake is considered sacred by the local people, further 15 kms visit the Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir. After Enjoying the serene mountains back to hotel. Overnight stay at Gangtok. Tip: You can also visit the Nathu La Pass (Innerline Permit Required, Charges Extra). Enjoy evening roaming in MG market and an overnight stay at Gangtok

Gangtok to Pelling

Siliguri

Siliguri is a city in the northeast Indian state of West Bengal. It sits in the foothills of the Himalayas, surrounded by tea gardens. It’s home to the North Bengal Science Centre, with its digital planetarium and model T. rex. Gangtok rose to prominence as a popular Buddhist pilgrimage site after the construction of the Enchey Monastery. After the ruling Sikkimese Chogyal, Thutob Namgyal, transferred the capital to Gangtok, it became a major stopover on the trade route between Lhasa in Tibet and cities such as. After India won its independence, Sikkim chose to remain an independent monarchy, with Gangtok as its capital until 1975, when it became India's twenty-second state capital.

Pelling

Pelling is a town in West Sikkim, nestled at an altitude of 2,150 m and located at a distance of 10 km from the Geyzing. A regular bus service connects the two towns. However with the influx of tourists, the region is undergoing a metamorphosis. The mighty Himalayas and the Kanchenjanga may be viewed at close quarters from Pelling, which also forms the base from where trekker’s adventurers undertake the strenuous and arduous treks in Sikkim. The land around Pelling is still a virgin territory and is bathed with alpine vegetation, covered with a blanket of snow. Most of the people of Pelling are Buddhists and speak the Sikkimese language while other languages spoken are Nepali, Hindi, and English.

Once a summer resort for the British Raj elite, it remains the terminus of the narrow-gauge Darjeeling Himalayan Railway, or “Toy Train,” completed in 1881. It's famed for the distinctive black tea grown on plantations that dot its surrounding slopes. Its backdrop is Mt. Kanchenjunga, among the world’s highest peaks.
