Payment Terms :
Minimum booking amount- 50% package cost (inclusive of GST)
45 days from the departure- 75% of the Package cost (inclusive of GST)
35 days from the departure- 100 % of the Package cost (inclusive of GST)
Cancellation Policy:
90% package cost will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled before 15 clear days of departure date.
No Refund will be given if cancelled within 15 clear days of the departure date
Package Includes:
• Transport by Deluxe Hi -Tech Coach as per the above itinerary.
• 01 Night Stay at Dormitory single Bed (Camp 67) in Prayagraj on sharing basis.
• 02 Breakfast, 02 Lunch & 01 Dinner (Satvik Meals) as per Camp schedule.
• Tour Manager.
• 01-liter mineral water bottle per day.
• All Road taxes, Toll taxes and Parking fee, Driver Reward.
Package Excludes:
• Porterages, Laundry, Food, Tips exp.
• Boating.
• Any cost arising due to road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), flight delays, local conveyance on tour changes etc. (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot)
• Local conveyance from the parking place to the camp and camp to parking is not included in the package.
• Any other item not specified in “Package Includes”.
