Katra to Vaishno Devi -Katra 

Morning proceed to Mata Vaishno Devi Darshan. You can hire Horse / Palki or start trekking for 13 KM for Mata Vaishnodevi Darshan. Enjoy get together with your travel companions. "Jai Mata Di". Evening back to Katra. Overnight stay

Katra to Dharmshala

After breakfast, check out from hotel and proceed to Dharmshala (238 kms. / 6 .5 hrs).Upon arrival, check in to Hotel. Later visit McLeodganj (Dharamsala), magnificently set to the background of the Dhauldhar Mountains and the seat of his Holiness, the Dalai Lama, the leader of the Tibetans, since 1960. Evening visit, Bhagsu Nag Temple and Tibetan Monastery. Overnight stay.

    Dalhousie, a hill station in Himachal Pradesh was named after Lord Dalhousie who was the British Governor-General in India while establishing this place as a summer retreat. Dalhousie was established in 1854 by the British Empire in India as a summer retreat for its troops and bureaucrats.The place is built on and around five hills on the western edge of the Dhauladhar mountain range of the Himalayas. The peak tourist season for Dalhousie is from May to September, which is a gateway to the ancient Chamba Hill State, now Chamba District.

It is home to the Harmandir Sahib, also referred to as the "Golden Temple" as the spiritual and cultural center for the Sikh religion. This important Sikh shrine attracts more visitors than the Taj Mahal on week days alone. The city also houses the Sikh temporal and political authority, Akal Takht. Amritsar is situated 217 kilometres northwest of state capital Chandigarh and is very close to India's western border with Pakistan. The main commercial activities include tourism, carpets and fabrics, farm produce, handicrafts, and light engineering. The city is known for its rich cuisine and culture and also for the tragic incident of Jallianwala Bagh massacre in 1919.
