Overland Tour - 13 Days / 12 Nights
Fare Includes
- Arrival, departure transfers and sightseeing tour in
Kathmandu by Private car / van / coach as per the programme.
Accommodation in a 3 star hotel in Kathmandu for 3 nights on full board
(vegetarian meals - breakfast, lunch and dinner) and in Tibet at Guest
houses and tents, all transfers and sightseeing tours by Toyota Land
Cruisers (maximum 4 pax in each) with English speaking guide and
baggage, equipments by truck. In Nepal, Kathmandu / Kodari /
Kathmandu by coach, Kodari / Kailash Manasarovar / Kodari by Toyota
Land Cruisers. All vegetarianmeals throughout the tour in Tibet. (Breakfast
& Dinner is served hot in the Dining Tent & Picnic Lunch is served in the hot
cases). All equipments for camping if required, tent, mattress, dining tent,
kitchen tent, kitchen utensils, tables, chairs, toilet tent etc., sleeping bag,
duffle bag (big bag for keeping personal clothes and equipments), dust
mask, jerry can for taking Manasarovar jal, experienced tour leader /
coordinator with each group, services of cook, kitchen boys and camping
helpers, oxygen cylinder in each jeep, gemow bag (life saving bag at high
altitudes) and basic First-Aid box and satellite phone for any emergency
use. It is also available to the Piligrims for making calls from any where at
extra cost, Tibet visa fee and permit fee for Kailash and Manasarovar, yaks
and yak-men to carry baggage, food, fuel etc while making Parikrama of
Mt. Kailash, porterage wherever applicable in Tibet.
Fare Excludes :
Extra cost of transportation, porterage etc. involved due to
landslides, snowfall, political and natural disturbances and any other
unforeseen conditions, Medical Travel trip cancellation, Surface or Air
evacuation or any other type of Insurance, extra cost of accommodation
andmeals in Kathmandu to stay for more than 3 nights as per the program
tomatch the flight schedule or for any other reasons, expenses of personal
nature such as insurance, beverage, telephone calls, tips etc, charges of
pony or yak and driver if required to ride on for Mt. Kailash parikrama and
any other cost not mentioned in the price. 3.09% of Govt. Service Tax. Any
other cost which is not mentioned in fare includes column.
Note :
Jeep tours are operated once a minimum group size of 30 Passengers is attained, alternatively the tour will be shifted to coaches [the balance will be
refunded back in India].
